man. so sorry i've taken so long to worship this piece.
i've seen it up on our stock account. just keep getting sidetracked.
it's gorgeous.
whatever effect/filter you're using to get that almost slightly impressionistic paint effect is perfect.
love the off balanced crop look,...and the text usage is great.
very eloquent.
nice title as well. i love the whole idea of there being a lost world of atlantis. very romantic.
great job.

I really like the background and the way you have done the text, while the stock photo has been used in a creative and effective way ;)

Oh good god! This is wonderful. She looks so much like a Siren. The look in her eye is so 'come hither'.
The colours work wonderfully too, the contrasts between the blues and oranges make the image all the more life like.

:)

nice!
you make pieces with wonderful compositions, and that's half of the way for me to like them.

i like the way the effects look kinda liquid, and having them more solid would be strange for a siren, especially for an atlantis's one ;)

this piece takes me back to the last minutes before atlantis disappearing... she's looking back, but the look in her eyes leaves me quite confused, in the sense that i can't decide the rest of the "story"...

i can't decide what it is i see in her eyes... there isn't despair in her eyes... well, maybe it's because she's a mermaid and she has cold blood :P
either way, it always takes me to a relationship that didn't have a chance to grow because the fall of atlantis was destined to happen. it's like they met very recently... so she's looking back because she knows he won't go with her (he's human of course! just like the little mermaid :P), but she can't feel her heart breaking much because they never got a chance to be, so she doesn't know what she's missing, and she has more important things to think off... or maybe she doesn't feel at all.

a girl that leaves whenever because she can't feel no pain, no sorrow, no regret... she just leaves, never to be seen again, as a siren that went to the bottom of the ocean with atlantis, and a promise of hapiness.
she has red hair, but she's cold... also because she wants to be... but this last "thing" that happen (whatever it was), left her thinking for a moment... so the blue beneath her eyes would be the marks of wipping away some tears that came out of the blue...

but she's leaving, and she won't be seen again, so how important are the tears in her eyes?
i think they are important enough to get her looking back, something she would never do..

am i noticing a series of women?
